Very simply the scheme involves the sale of our products by your existing team of fund-raisers to friends / neighbours / customers in the knowledge that a large percentage of the price is a direct contribution to your essential funding-raising.

Making the most of your fundraising efforts
Some organisers believe this scheme is suitable for raising funds at fêtes, gala days and fayres, but our experience has shown that this is not so.

One day events do not sell the quantities required to provide a reasonable return for the effort involved.

To be a serious fund-raiser the scheme works best when run as an organised project and we would recommend that you follow the guidelines we suggest, as these are the results of many years of successful fund-raising by clubs, charities and youth organisations throughout the country.

The best approach to planning your campaign is

1. Discuss the proposal with people likely to be involved, and agree a plan of action.
2. Establish possible areas of distribution ie family, friends, work colleagues etc and the monetary target you would like to achieve.
3. Apportion X number of outers to each project member, perhaps 1 or 2 cases to each to start with.
4. Estimate the number of outers you are likely to need and the required delivery date most suitable for your action plan.
5. Consider the 'message' you wish to display on the packaging - we can guide you if you wish.
